    • Why choose Lescoulie?
      Lescoulie is actively involved with you and family in care planning. There is a choice over which type of caregivers, certified, licensed who provide services and increased client control over care planning decisions. Lescoulie personnel work with you to design individual care for your loved ones and assist in personnel management. Additionally if the caregiver needs a day off, goes on vacation or is sick, you make one call to Lescoulie and we make arrangements for another caregiver, you don't have to worry.
    • How do I know your care givers are trustworthy?
      Lescoulie screens each care giver know as independent contractors, carefully. Caregivers complete a test that is appropriate for their classification, depending on type of caregiver; they must have current certification and licensure by the state of California. All care givers are screened via “Live Scan” finger printing that checks criminal history. Each caregiver has current CPR certification, individual malpractice insurance and they are bonded. Caregivers have a minimum of one year home care experience and references are checked.

      It is important to know many people who obtain caregivers through personal ads, referrals from friends, or other sources are not be familiar with 'caregivers requirements or standards' and they will not, or may not verify caregiver qualifications. The Lescoulie verification process therefore offers you peace of mind.
    • How far in advance do I need to call?
      Our staff is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, for consultation and to make all the necessary arrangements. Lescoulie will work closely with the family and /or the hospital to meet the needs of the client. In some cases, same day coverage may be arranged.
